Psychologické aspekty rané specializace v uměleckém plavání

Abstrakt

Předložená studie se zabývá fenoménem rané specializace v uměleckém plavání a jejími psychosociálními dopady z perspektivy bývalých sportovkyň. Cílem výzkumu bylo prostřednictvím retrospektivní reflexe interpretovat, jak respondentky vnímají svou sportovní kariéru a jaké významy této zkušenosti přisuzují v kontextu formování své identity. Výzkumný soubor tvořilo šest bývalých plavkyň, přičemž data byla sbírána formou polostrukturovaných rozhovorů a analyzována pomocí interpretativní fenomenologické analýzy (IPA). Výsledky naznačují, že raná specializace sama o sobě nepředstavuje nutně rizikový faktor. Jako zásadní kontextové proměnné ovlivňující prožívání sportovní kariéry se jeví styl trénování a celkové týmové klima. Analýza odhalila významná témata spojená s tlakem na tělesný ideál a ambivalentností ve vztahu k trenérkám, která je doprovázena tendencí k normalizaci a zlehčování negativních prožitků.
